Bookings & Confirmation​
A $20 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, details will be provided to you.
Your booking is not confirmed or secured until the deposit is paid.
Cancelling or postponing
If you need to postpone your booking please provide 7 days to avoid losing your deposit.
If you are cancelling your booking, your deposit is forfieghted.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance is to be payed via transfer the day prior or cash on the day.
Travel fees apply - added into final quote.
What to provide
We provide a table and chair if you do not have any, face painting will need to be held in the shade or inside.
Additional information
You will receive a confirmation text a week prior to your event.
We will arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and notify you if we are running late.
We ask permission to take photos of children to post on our social media pages and website.
Please note that there is a maximum children limit and if the amount of children exceeds over that limit you will need additional time.
We have a valid Working With Children Check and liability insurance.
All products are non-toxic and high quality, please note that parents of the children being painted hold responsibility for any irritation or reactions.
Some paint colours may stain due to skin tone, it will come off over the next couple of days or with a cleanser.
